I'm watching a Bill Dance show...

First to admit that Bill Dance is a legend and one of the best ever but I just don't like his show. But I am currently watching one of "his" shows and it is pretty entertaining. Of course I am talking about the WGFS and Mark Zona who has invited Bill Dance as his guest and they are catching Catfish on the Mississippi River near Memphis and even Bill Dance is fun to watch when Zona is around. Again for entertainment, WGFS is the best fishing entertaining show on TV. Plus, you can see Zona lay a liplock on a Catfish and it was not just a peck, sort of just shy of tongue action. Not sure but I think the Catfish asked about dinner and a movie.

I never liked Bill Dance's fishing show either but that was a good show today by Zona. I can't remember seeing Bill letting his hair down that much. Looks like Zona has a knack for kissing a man and getting him out of his hat.
Seriously, I enjoyed the show because they were catching those nice Catfish. I miss that!

I saw the show also, it must be nice to fish with the latest equipment, the greatest guides and get paid for it, but it was enertaining.

Of course everyone has their own opinion, which is one reason why this board is so popular. For me, I don't like Zona's show at all - for me, it's too goofy. I'm watching Bill Dance on Vs. channel and actually learning a thing or two. Only twenty-three hours until the Spanish Fly!

If Zona didn't make so much cash from ESPN he would be fishing the elites, even kvd said he was an awesome angler.

I thought it was a great show!That Zona is pretty funny and Ole Bill aint no stick in the mud either.Serious fishing shows have there place but watching Zona's show reminds me alot of just being out with the guys having a good time.I prefer the second.

I remember watching Bill Dance as a kid and just being in awe of how he caught those hawgs! Now I laugh as I watch his show and know now that he is sitting in private lakes and ponds that never get fished. I think with those odds I could have my own show! LOL! It is fun though to see the nice fish he catches, they are purdy! (I'm just jealous!)

I did enjoy the cat fishing show yesterday. I got home from work (I work night shift) just in time to catch the last half of the show. Looked like fun, a lot more fun then I'm having right now freezing my ace off! COME ON SPRING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!

i haven't had a chance to see any of the shows i have ben at my moms the past two days cause my electric was out get to go home today hopefuly the dvr worked and i can watch them when i get home.

Despite the fact that Bill fishes a private pond that sees no other fisherman besides him, I still like his shows...He gives out some decent information about various lures, techniques, etc...I didn't see this catfish show you all are talking about though.

Zona is a nut, and I love his show, reminds me of some of the times I have had with friends on the bay. Bill Dance is the man, even though he stacks the odds of catching fish in his favor, he still has to catch them, I bet I wouldnt catch half as many at the same exact location, like a lot of people have said, he has that special "it" when it comes to catching fish. Elnut I thought Zona was going to shove his tongue down that catfishes mouth.

Bill Dance is THE man, my idol, and all that. Zona's a flat out trip. Love watchin him. Hell of an angler, too. If it wasn't for the money on his show, he would be fishing the pros and having his name all up in the mix.
