bass pros is the best on t.v. i make sure that one records and i dont erase any of them so if i forget any of the stuff i can watch it over and over again. This is why I think The Bass Pros is the best show on tv for informational purposes. Last week Stacy King is fishing high water on a lake in post spawn, guessing it was filmed last spring with all the rain we had and this week Timmy Horton is on Ky Lake whacking them on the ledges with the Citrus Fat Free Shad, which was probably filmed around the first of May when they were down there and he finished second to KVD doing the same thing. Overall, I think this show is head and shoulders or gils and fins above all the rest for information. No private lakes or ponds filmed on this show.
Bass Pro's is a very good show. Enteraining and informative, might be the best fishing show I have seen.
Pro team journal has get pretty bad. It used to be a good show but now its just taking some new stupid strike king lure out to the same 10 acre pond with the cows in the background and see how many 4 lbers we can catch. Its a joke to anyone who actually fishes. Best shows on: Classic Patterns, Hook and Look, Day on the Lake, the Bass Pros.
Hey, don't forget Day On the Lake on eSPN.
I love the articles better, more in depth, but the show is really good too. Lots of informations shared there, plus it is a pro on a new body of water. Kind of more the same type things we may experience ourselves.
Yeap "Day On the Lake" is my favorite. I always read the article, but only catch the show every now and then. But it seems to be the most helpful and lets you see that those guys (and gals - Feb issue) aren't catching fish every 30 - 45 seconds like Bill Dance does in those honey holes. Just kidding, I like watching Bill Dance too. Didn't he catch the first bass ever at a B.A.S.S. event?

Bill Dance finished second in the first ever event IIRC
Right now I would love to be fishing in a private pond, public lake, or whatever as long as it was not frozen.![]()
