    Re: Louisville RV (boat) Show

I would reccomend the indy show, it's the biggest indoor sport show in the country. Although it seems to have alot of the same stuff every year, it's still very fun. Lot's of bass boats and tackle. Good fishing demonstration's as well and hopefully dave does come back this year so he can give them great pre spawn talks

I used to go to the RV/Boat show and the Cincy Strader show 10-12, thats where I bought the Redington reel on the recommendation of some NKFF members and got it autographed by "Fish" Fishburne! Ha ha.

I certainly agree that the Indy Show is really a good show. I have worked shows all over the country and Indy is by far the biggest outdoor show. I have no plans on being there this year though....they moved the show forward a week this year and it ends on March 1. I start guiding March 1 and need the days just prior to prepare to begin my guide season. I am sure there will more than other ample speakers there though.

Austin & I were so disappointed in the show last year that we decided to go to the Indy show instead this year. It is a longer drive, but from what I can remember, it is worth it. I bought a 2 day pass last year, and threw the second day away. I usually go once with Austin & once with with fisheater. Fisheater & I both decided that one day there last year was plenty & we didn't even go over & drool on any boats.

I started to go with my husband but we went to the flea market instead. Sounds like it was a good choice!

    Re: Louisville RV (boat) Show

the louisville SHOW has gotten worse in the past 5 years or so. i have heard that the fair grounds are killing the folks that want to set up booths. and at $9 to get in $6 to park it is horrible. with the way money is now everyone is finding cheaper ways to sell their stuff. i am going to try to get to the renegade show. but i won't go back to the louisville show.
