Well now if you are talking going all the way, alright I'll give you that. But getting beat last year by possible the best team in the country I would hardly call a melt down. Even Roy Williams said after the game last year with Louisville that his team can't play any better than they did and it was still only a ten point loss and it was in Carolina's backyard with every fan they own in attendance.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, winning the National title in today's basketball climate is unreal hard. Duke will be ranked number 1 tonight when the new polls come out I'd bet the bank on it. They look unstoppable right now, will they win a Title this year I doubt it, when was their last one? Dynasty days are over and will NEVER EVER return for anybody no matter what your jersey has printed on it. All teams can do now a day's is take it game by game and give a 110% every night and pray for the best. If you get a high seed in the tournament and get lucky and make it to a final four then play your absolute best ball and get lucky some more maybe, just maybe you can win a title.
To me a meltdown is when you rip off 10 or 12 wins in a row heading into the tourney then get beat by somebody you should beat by 15 in the second round because you didn't show up, just my opinion.
