    Laserlure

Anybody see these or have any experience with them? Just curious about if they work. I do know that they have signed rather large sponsorship deals with Boyd Duckett and Ike. Also they are made in Shreveport, site of next month's Classic.

if ike or duckett wins, it will be the next chatterbait/swimbait/ hot item of the minute, and you will not be able to get them for 6 months. Its an interesting concept and do have them on the way already. If weather holds true will throw some this coming weekend.

Pretty pricey in my opinion. But they are a different look.

i got some of these a long time ago and they where called the lighted lure or electronic lure something like that. and i had never cought anything on them. they came in a pack of 4 i thank. it was a lipless bait two crankbaits and a jerk bait the only diffrence is that they light up in the body not the lip. and you had to use two batteries like for a watch. i never cought a fish on them i still have a pack that ant ben open. my grandma use to buy me all those things like the flying lure those lighted lures and i never cought a fish on none of them. it was the thought that counts not the fish i cought. i checked these lures out to when they where on the front of the bassin mag. and watched all the vidios. i think i would buy some tru tungsten swimmbaits for $20.00 then one of those for the same price.

    Hey everyone,

My firewall blocked the site, as it detected a security patch problem. Not sure what that means, but the advice of my firewall was to not continue to the site.

I am not saying it is a bad site, not at all, just wanting to share with you the information my firewall provided.

already got the 4" swimbaits... had to try something else new. the lighted lure is different than these because it is a laser emmitted, (I am very skeptical but also not going to be the guy that goes into the tackle store for the next 6 months wondering what that bait is that they won the classic on... I will be that guy selling it on ebay for 5 times what I paid.... but we will see...

I just have had the old cabin fever/ have to buy baits/ single man syndrome trying to restart the economy complex.....

Keep this on the hush hush but I have it from a solid source that a certain Pro-fisherman/Marina Owner/Pig Catcher/ Ah-son/ Billy Maze of fishing, from Florida will be selling the new laser lures in a package with his patented helicopter lures, grouped with the shotgun rod so you can shoot the laser lure back under the docks where its extra dark and let them go to work. I'm guess the helicopter lure comes into play as some kind of trailer...guess we will have to wait and see.

Actually, I have one of these and I have some suggestions about it. There's three different settings of the lazerlure Regular which just bleeps, Stunning which creates a cone like beam and stuns everything in a 10ft vicinity, then theres high concentrated stunning. I would not recommend using this setting due to the fact that the first three fish I stunned had about 5 inch hole lasered through them, including one fish about six. Still the bait works, just be careful on how you use it, I actually carry one instead of my pistol anymore you have to have a concealed deadly weapons license to even fish one though, just something to consider if you get one.

FYI, I read somewhere that it installed with a battery LED, once it expired you can not replace the LED. I have a couple of thill LED for night fishing, the battery will last no longer than 12 hours. IMO, not worth it other than unlit knock off lucky craft crank.

    Re: Laserlure

The video with the fish trying to bit the laser light was interesting. It says the batteries are only on when the lure is wet, with 80 hours of wet time. If Ike or Boyd wins the classic, and the word laserlure comes out of their mouth, I'd like to have a couple of hundred of them.

If Ike uses the laserlure along with the KVD's classic winning biosonix, they might just as well mail him the trophy.
