Crazy Ice Storm!!!!

This morning i awoke to a huge ice storm. Pretty much everything is frozen over from grass to houses to trees and even all the roads. It looks pretty cool outside though, but one of my big trees split and it is laying over. Man i am really ready for that spring time weather. So i can get back to fishin'. But its right around the corner so not too much longer.

It's been all over the news about the upcoming storm that hit last night. Lexington is a mess. Parking lots are like ice skating rinks. Where are you at?

Just watched the news at lunch and it's gonna get alot worse. Channel 32 is calling for up to or over 1 inch of ice tonight with 2 to 4 more inches of snow on top of it.

i took these this morning i started my truck at 10 and let it run till about 10:45 and i still had to beat the ice off of it... it was all i could do to get in the darn thing... i live in richmond and this is what it looked like from our front door...... i had to take the misses to work this mornign and no joke my tires were glazed over adn froze to the ground....

oh yeah and i know all u guys got them red rider bb guns for xmas adn are just dyin to try them out... so dont shoot no ice cicles off the garage u might shoot your eye out.... or if u do wear safety glasses...

Geez! We got about 6 inches of snow here in Cinci and looks like the ice is coming our way. I would rather have a foot of snow than 1/2" of ice.

Any power outages around your area yet?

about half of the bypass in richmond on the exit 87 was without power but it was hit and miss one or 2 redlights in a row would work then the next one was out and the speedway side was without power so far up then it switched sides of the bypass.... but id say tonight will look like bombs falling and exploding with the transformers and such... if the power does go out i am prepared to abandon ship and head to versailles or williamsburg depending on who has power then.... richmond looks like lex did a few years back...

ICE,ICE And more ICE went out to clean the truck and car and busted my ICE LOL--So I went in the garage and found an old pair of my son,s baseball cleats worked great people going up an down the street was socked i was moving around so good--come on spring time Gl to us all

With out power from 8am till 3pm and trees down everywere, has taken about have my fence panels and is still raining so power will be back out shortlyany body in need of fire wood.WOW
