Got some Questions

I want to start making my own jigs and plastics and I have been looking at this and other forums for a while now but here are my questions anyway.
1. How many jigs should I expect out of 4lbs of lead?
2. how long does a jar of powdercoat paint last?
3. How many worms would I get out of a quart of plastic?
I have got no Idea what I am doing but would like to try anyway it seems like fun but it also looks VERY addicting.

1) What size jigs? With a 1 oz jig, 64 tops, 1/2 oz, double that.
2) What size jar? I've got some 1 gallon jars that I've had for years.
3) Don't know, not done enough plastic baits to determine that one.

The do it molds site has some info on pouring jigs that you should check out. Will at least give you the basics on how its done correctly and safely.
