Rock Quarry Ice Walleyes?

I have access to a private lake that is an old rock quarry that has been stocked with walleyes.

If you were fishing a Quarry with Walleyes stocked in it, where would you fish. I've tried fishing flats in about 10-15 ft of water, managed bass and crappie, should I be fishing deeper? Not much structure in the lake, so I'm guessing it's prbly just open water luck.

But any insight on where to try would be appreciated, not much experience fishing for walleyes in Indiana and none trying to find them under the ice.

What is the primary forage in the quarry??? Does it have shad or yellow perch??
