Can't speak about those but if you wear regular presciption glasses have your optomitrist make you a pair with your script in a super pair of poleroids tell him what you want them for mine cost $70.00 and work great
I disagree with regards to going cheap.
I have used VERY expensive $300.00, which are GREAT, until they blow off your face........Medium.........$150 - 200......Really no different than 300 dollars, but still steep...........and I lost those also.
I've also used $75 - 100 buck glasses...........and Finally I've used wally world Strike King 14 dollar specials.........
Personally, the 14 buck glasses are pretty much as good as the 200 buck glasses, and probably as good as the 300 buck ones...........
I'd save my money on the sunglasses and get something else............
Spending more than say 75 - 100 bucks really does not buy you that much more.
BTW......there's not a such thing as "stronger polarization". You can make them darker, but once a lense is polarized, the level is pretty much the same regardless of who makes it.........Now, where you get some "better" quality, is in the quality of the medium that the polarization is being applied to.........Better Lexan lenses, or better polycarbonate, or even glass, will lead to a better quality, but that is about it..........
My 20 dollar sunglasses will see the beds in the spring just as good as your 300 dollar sunglasses.......
Later,
Geo

thanks ranger519
Ive never been willing to spend the money on a pair of those Costa-whole-lotta glasses.
The $14.00 specials at BPS work just fine for me.
I've managed to keep a pair of Woo Dave's out of the water and off the pavement for about 6 years. Lost them just this past Saturday but I found them in the driveway the next morning.
I've re-glued them, re-screwed them, and even tattoed them.
i like the okleys in the amber lens. i have used about every pair of sunglasses you can thank of. the walmart kind, bass pro, bassmasters, strike king, exc. and the okley hdo optics are the best i have ever used i see more and deeper in the water then with any other pair i have owned.
whatever you buy make sure their light! A heavy pair will wear on you all day..
