Thanks for all the help guys.

I actually went down on a fishing/exploratory trip today and drove down to both Helm's Landing and Rock House, so I saw everything you are talking about. Helms was a nice change from the dam area, just wish my buddy would hurry up on getting his boat so we can take advantage of those big browns and walleye. Rock House looks promising too, still find it hard to believe that there is somewhere you can camp for free, haha.
