2009 Jim Strader Hunting and Fishing Expo

Is it worth the price of admission? Just tryin to find something to do but still hate to spend the $9 if it isn't.

The last 2 years I have been have been horrible, unless you like looking at deer heads. Was not impressed last year and swore I would never go back. Just my 2 cents worth, but unless it has chaged drastically from last year, I wouldnt waste my time, go to BPS, its free, and much better.

I was extremely let down this year. S. Headrick had the only worthy fishing booth. Maybe more was there today, I went last night. Went through it all in less than 30 minutes.

S. Headrick had a nice booth and put on a great seminar about spinnerbaits. The show was a lot smaller but that was expected with the economy the way it is.

Was told Saturday evening/Sunday morning to stay at home and save nine dollars....I'm glad I didn't go...apparently nothing has changed in the past three years or so in that this show is not worth the price it pays to park nearby, at least not if you're into fishin', hunters may feel differently.
