Power Back

I got my power back on at home this morning.....I will be resuming my scheduled bass classes on Thursday, February 12th. If you were scheduled for a class with me and it was cancelled due to the storm here two weeks ago and you have not talked to me but still want to the class....give me a call and I will try to work out a date for your reschedule.

I still do not have cable and not sure when it will be back so I am only able to get online once a day for a little while by traveling to get a link up. It is best to call me if possible...270-354-5039.

Congrats Dave. My parents got their power back just this Saturday. They were getting quite contrary.

Glad to see you back with the living Dave. If Becky is still around it will prove my point even more that she must be a SAINT to put up with you during normal times is bad enough much less without power, water, cell and anything else you lost. My guess is that "She" was the one out on the water the past couple of weeks jerkbaiting her arm off to try and catch one or two but mostly to get away from you for a while. Just kidding, about the fishing part not the part that she is a SAINT. Elnut

I am still out, but they set the poles yesterday so soon they will run the lines, they have to replace about 5 + - miles completley to get me back on, but starting to get used to it, jsu want a HOT SHOWER, tired of these baths.

It seems we have all suffered with this storm. ours was off for 8 days, and after 4 days i was in line to buy a generator. Having it was great, but i didn't have it set up for the best use. i got a electrician to wire it directly into my circuit breaker box, and with that it pretty much powered my whole house. Got to see the Super Bowl too!!!

By turning off enough stuff, was able to heat up the water heaters, and that provided some really nice hot showers. Never appreciated a shower as much as when i couldn't get one... LOL

for those on here, obviously you have power, and everyone, and i mean everyone are in my prayers. i even have been trying to get the workers to accept hot coffee or some other refreshment. these guys arent from around here, but i certainly appreciate all their efforts and all they have done for us.
