Topwater frog question

I normally throw a Spros, but have you tried maybe to tie in a swivel in front of it. I know that more breaks in your line = better the chances of a line break. I have done that on a spinning outfit and it worked for me. Maybe, also try using a bigger 5/0 hook, more weight. It's just an idea.

Man, I need to invest in some frogs this spring!!!

Just curios where you you guys are throwing these frogs, what kind of slop? Cover?

If you invest in frogs, don't skimp. $8 a frog is about right. I like the Spros or the Reaction Innovations. Spros are a little fatter and sit better in the water, but the R I's are a little thinner and longer. Man, they are a big fish bait.
