well i will put back in a little for you all to get back..got a bill from the ky treasurer today..i owe them 78.17 from 2005..first bill i have been sent and i have to pay interest for the 4 years it took them to figure i owed it..and i have got a refund every year since..

I see it was all your fault so they penalized you for not telling them earlier huh?
