It's an interesting question, And I wouldn't rule out the possibility some time in the future, but I don't think we're close to that at present. Historically, "people's revolutions" have been carried out by those on the left. The American and French Revolutions, and "People's Revolution of China" have all been, to one degree or another, left-wing movements. Today, the left wing is already in power in America, so they have nothing to revolt against. And when I look at those who are the most unhappy with the present administration, those on the right, it just doesn't seem to me that there are many people desperate enough to take such drastic action. It seems to me that most conservatives would choose to try and change the system from within, rather than replace it with a new one.
