I am so sorry to hear of your loss. The good LORD will be your stength. Talk with him.

I lost my father, best friend and fishing partner in 1988 and still miss him everyday. We were fishing and bird hunting partners. This is where I learned the great value of friends in the field. All of your partners will be great but none as special as your father or your son and daughter. Make time for them and they will always have time for you.

The memories are wonderful of the days my dad and I were out in the great outdoors together. Nothing will ever replace your experience with your dad except sharing the same with your kids. Take the time and your dad will smile down on you...... you will see it and feel it.

I went through losing my Dad 21 yrs ago. Still think of him every day.

Sorry for your loss. I have a pic of my dad from 1983 holding 2 bass (Maybe 4 lb ea) with his arms out and on the back of the pic it says "When you coming down?" Yeah - I remember ALL the times he took me fishing. Some better than others but all precious moments. He's been gone 15 years. I think of him daily.

Very sorry for your loss. I have lost both parents and a very close to me mother-in-law. It's never easy, and you will never forget your good times, so that is how he will always be with you.
