    One last note on Iaconelli......

The man makes his living fishing. Except for a limited few of us on here, whom I respect greatly, we all sit on our computers at our boring jobs and complain about how someone we envy acts about catching fish in the CLASSIC! We would all like to be doing what he does for a living, but most of us were confined to a couch, eating potato chips and watching the Classic unfold from our rear ends.

The man can do what he chooses....he made it and we watch it. If you don't like it, don't watch it. Or you can be a man and ignore it.

B.A.S.S. and FLW don't seem to mind his antics. If it were such an issue, why don't they just kick him out? He must be doing something good for the sport -- LIKE CATCHING FISH when the heat is on.

I think everyone who enjoys fishing should be as passionate as Ike is. You don't have to celebrate, spit, and pump your fists like he does. If fishing doesn't excite you anymore, back up and find a new hobby.

Besides, he had a GREAT CLASSIC compared to the rest of us who wish one day we could fish in one.

He can't do what he chooses remember he was Dq'd twice and lost some serious Sponsors so he backed off and even admitted it was a wake up call. Just curious.....why are you taking it so seriously? The dude is over the top and I'm not going to turn the t.v. off if they happen to show him. He doesn't impress everyone with his antics and that's fine.
I actually don't dream of fishing in a Classic or fishing at that level. I couldn't handle it anyway.

I actually did turn the TV everytime he came on, watched king of the hill, or family guy, did accidently see him catch the last big fish, and he was screaming put the camera down, put the camera down, but turned it quickly after that. Did get to see Skeet beat him, and loved it. Every sport needs a villion, and I guess he is mine, cant stand to watch him.

Watched a show this past Saturday where another pro said he had gotten mad and beat the windows out of his truck at a tournament. That is just way too over the top for me. I don't see how anyone can support a clown like that. People like that don't know and understand what they really have. An chance at making a living fishing and that is the example they set.

Love him or hate him, the guy can fish and is very passionate about fishing. And if you seen Skeet beat him then you saw Skeet get very excited (hollering and lying down in the boat). If getting excited is setting a bad example then I really don't get it. Ike and Skeet and very much alike...they are both great fisherman with different personalities...just like everone on here...different opinions. These two guys are 2 of my favorites with KVD being right there with them.
Good fishing and NEVER GIVE UP,

I just bought his book a few weeks ago. It has totally changed my perspective on him. Do I like everything he does or how he acts---NO, but I am not trying to bash the guy either. He's a true diehard fisherman---read his book and you will see.
I like Ike---he can fish and pretty darn good! Alot better then me and he is truly living his dream. I just wish I could and probably so does everybody on here.
    Give the man a break!!!!!!

There should be clause on here---NO MORE IKE posts! It's gets so tiring listen to everybody whine about Ike. GEEEZ!
