Sick as a Dog, Cabin Fever Flu

I have missed the last 2 days of work, sick as a dog, fever, body aches, head feels like it could explode any minute, have stayed doped up on Nyquil, man that stuff is good, but I think if someone asked me to go fishing I would drag my butt out of bed, and go. I swear I dont know if its the flu, or if its Cabin Fever, watching the Classic just made it worse, come on spring Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaassssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeeee.

The reason I ask, my mom still lives in a house my dad and I built all the way down fisher into twin oaks dr. at the end of that road was the Neal farm. I used to have some real good luck over the hill in Floyd fork and his farm pond.Thought if you needed a quick fix on some fishin I could help. I could check with mom and make sure the Neals still owned it. Chuck

right there with ya buddy. finally went to the doctor today...it IS the flu. haven't felt this bad in years. and wanting to fish this bad has to be a symptom, because now that this steroid shot gave me a little boost today and i saw that it was going to be 52 here tomorrow...man i wish i felt better. all the fishin on television last weekend doesn't help.

hang in there man, get some medicine if you can. spring is around the corner....

That is running rampid here in Northern Kentucky it is hard to believe that you can buy Vicks Nyquil over the counter that stuff is awesome just keep drinking it and sleep the flu away. When you wake up it will be time to load the boat up.

Knocking on wood here but I ain't been sick at all this winter...the best remedie for what you have is a nice glass of bourbon, lots of warm clothes, crank the heat up on high and get under the covers and sweat it out.

Done plenty of that, man there is nothing worse than night sweats, your skin feels like someone is sticking pins in it, your wet, and cold as ice.
