Hello all .They opened up the boat ramp today. We fished for a couple of hours in the mouth of silver creek .The creek had a nice green color the riv was muddy.Thought we might get some stripers but didn't get anything I had a gar hooked for a minute and that was it

Had a fun time putting the boat on the trailer ,they were running 41ft on the upper dam

I shoulda went to the duck pond and tried for some sauger ...I know woulda,shoulda ,coulda

Maybe next time ,cant' wait for the sauger run to start...if it ever will
