I'm shaking my head in disbelief tonight at Billy Clyde Gillespie. SLONE in the game early, and often...seriously? Love the kid, but Slone? The same kid that hasn't played in the last 7 games?

Meeks rides the pines for the last 10 minutes of the game? Really? Did he not practice well at halftime?

Carolina has 327 blocks in the second half, 300 of which are on Patterson? Huh?

Absolutely no offensive rebounding, no guarding the perimeter.

Virtually ZERO adjustments at halftime by coach...same old grind, same old results as the first half. If it's not working, ADJUST!!!! Call some new plays for the love of God!!!

Could somebody offer Horn a deal and get him to Lexington please? I've been all about giving Gillespie a chance to prove himself and not questioning him, but I'm sorry. No ZONE in the playbook, unfathomable substitution patterns and playing time, players that transfer out, kids afraid to shoot the ball or make a mistake because they get yanked and berated....Dude's not the Good Lord Almighty of Basketball and needs to come back to earth.

Guaranteed we'll hear in the post game presser: "Well, we just got whipped."

Splitshot nailed it! But I think I saw something else last night too. I saw Meeks have words with Billy G when he got yanked. He had a attitude toward the coach. Near the end Billy g called a timeout(something he never does when he should) twice after Patterson hit a shot. Both times, Pattersond looked disgusted and cussed each time. Everybody else is back to that afraid to play crap again. Maybe its me, but I think the players are fed up with Billy Clyde as well as some of us.

I missed the game, but heard a caller on Joe B and Denny yesterday state that Horn was running the score up and had his starters on the floor all the way to the end. Is this true? Also, how far has UK hoops fallen with the fans are accusing the South Carolina coach of running up the score? What's next, fans storming the court at Rupp after a win?

two first team all american candidates and a likely NIT. absofrigginlutely ridiculous. i think half the guys on this post could coach this team to the sweet sixteen. no x's and o's, no player development, no public relations skills, i could go on and on.....

man oh man....gotta feel bad for the guys not named derick jasper right now....
