Inventing something is one thing, proving that it works is another. take it to Dale Hollow when the wind in cranked up and see how good it is.

Crappy fishing is one thing, but F-n-F fishing on this board circles around Smallmouth. So when you say the BEST...no!

Maybe you can get the Sham Wow guy to do an infomercial for it. He can bring it to DH when it is 8 degrees out and see if the line freezes inside the slip bobber. Probably good for bluegill bobber fishing though.

If I was posting about Sham Wow that would be SPAMMING. Posting about a fishing invention on a fishing site is not quite the same. This is a fishing site. Right?

As far as strong winds or freezing temperatures - I would like to make one simple point.
If you are going to use a float it is ALWAYS better to use a float with directional control for any species. Except ice fishing!

2 Tips!

If the wind is blowing your float you can steer a BulletBobber back to where you want.

If it is below freezing it helps to spray a little WD40 on your spool. Also if it is freezing you don't want to cast as much and the BulletBobber can travel 100 yards on a 25 yard cast so you are only casting 1/4 as much!
