when i was at eastern in the criminal justice department i had a accident reconstruction class that lieutenant hay from the northern ky KSP post taught adn he would come to class in his detective clothes and he had a m and p 40 cal on his side and on days he diddnt u could see it on his ankle.... and this was a college course... i also had several different classes over several semesters that police officers were just coming to finish up there degrees and they would have there side arm on their side in plain clothes.... and no one said a word to them..... i guess its where it was on the college of justice and safety side of campus... but i felt safer in those classes cause i knew that there was people to protect the students.. i know thats a far cry from letting students pack but still... i had a similar run in a student threatend me on campus once with a knife so i poped him in the mouth before he could get it out and he took off so i called the law and they got kinda nervous when they ran my drivers liscense and it came back ccdw... they started askign me about where my guns was and told me i couldnt carry on campus... and i told them i was aware of the laws... but if i was on the street and i was carryin which i never do it could have been alot worse than a afternoon in jail for that kid... well he was like 28.... i told him to shhh in class after he interupted me and he took it way to personal.....

Of course the professor refused to comment on the situation. She was just being a "Good Nazi" and looking out for everyone elses best interests.
