Man these guys sure took a beating. Wonder what happened to them? Any trial or jail time?

My buddy bought a new triton from them in 2007 and paid for the extended warranty that added 3 more years to the existing 1 that came with the motor and 1 that Plapps threw in so it should be covered up thru 2012. He gets a letter in the mail on Friday from Triton saying his warranty on the motor had expired. Guess Plapps pocketed this extra money he paid for the additional 3 years as well. Sure hope these guys get EVERYTHING they deserve for all the trouble they put people thru.
