smallmouth on barren

As soon as the water gets deep enough to run up beaver creek work the channels. the Hybrids will have chased down alot of the bait fish by this time but with the crawfish in the rocks looking for warmer water there are KYs and smallies, I found it is easier to fish paralel to the shore when you find what depth they are hanging at and use crawfish colors.

let me know how it go! Ill be out there too on the boat i might see ya, look for the guy with the lucky fishing hat on! im going after the hybrids! and if I have time a few Big flat heads, be4 the noodlers get them all out!

did great and yup they were up in the creeks! hybrids jumping like crazy I dont know what they were doing but they were jumpin up out of the water! The wife landed a 9 pound channel cat too! great day but be care out there the water is still really low i got stuck 2 times and hit a log comein around hogs back!!!
