That's about right on the fish. It's got the basics and isn't a bad little pond to fish. The water is crystal clear and there are some nice fish in it.
They have a concrete ramp to launch any size boat but it's electric motor only. Great place to start fishing early since fish are easy to find and the water is so clear.
