    For connecting the two lines together i use the double fisherman, it's the strongest way to connect to lines together that i know of.

    TWO nail knots work really well for me. I just use one of those nail knot tools any of them
    you like and they sure hold.

    you can make you own out of a straw also.

    the more you pull these knots the tighter they get on themselves.

    uni knot to uni knot. Practice a bunch before you go fishing. Clinc the two knots together slowly and add a lot of spit to keep it from heating up.
