Same baits as other post. Good news when its this windy, if ya can find a point that offers a 90 degree angle from the wind direction, you can really slay them up in the slack water where the wind blows hard whipping up a current out at the point. I like Cumberland, parts of Taylorsville, and Nolin for this. I just honker down behind the point in the nice glassey water, and throw out passed the point into the rought stuff, and drag back to the calm side. Not a guaranteee, but works for me.
