It won't be long, they will be taxing food again. Because everybody's gonna quit smoking and they will have too save their money for the weekend to have a six pack on saturday. Hey here's a thought, everybody other than a regular state worker. Let's cut their pay by 3/4 and let's take away their lifetime benefits. Let them know how everybody else feels. Or better yet let's fire their butt because they do a worse job than the weatherman. At least he's right 10% of the time
