I quit after 20+ years. The only way I was able to quit was to replace them with tooth pics. The tooth pics kept my hand busy. It had to do with a lot of mind control. Sounds stupid I know but it will help. When the urge hits make yourself busy doing something to get your mind off of the smokes. Do not use gum or candy because you will replace one habit for another. After awhile the urge will start to slow down. Then you will start to slow down on the tooth pics.

You have to stop cold turky. You can do it so I will not say lots of luck because you can!
