Anybody having any luck on the St. Joe's for steelheads or walleye?

Heard the water was high and muddy this past weekend on the Joe. Drove by Trail and it was chocolate milk. Put in at Burns Ditch Saturday and the Cal was pumping out the mud. The little Cal wasn't to bad. Pulled a few samonoids out in front of the port. Found a little warm water there 40-42 but lake was a cold 34. Should be falling, warming and clearing after the past few days. Hope more rains don't further spoil the tribs this coming weekend. Sounds like the boys in the south have it going on. Water temps are starting to look a little better up to the north.

Thanks for the info! We were thinking about coming up there this weekend. With that front coming in, it might be a good weekend to give it a try.
