    HOW HARD

I need to put a water pump\ impeller in a 15hp Johnson seahorse. I've never done it , is there a trick to it or should I get someone to do it for me? Thanks for any help...Chuck

Not a hard job for anyone with a little mechanical ability.Having never done it before would be good to have someone around who has done the job before.

The hardest part of replacing that pump is keeping your forward, neutral and reverse in the same place as it was when taking a part and putting it back together, be sure not to strip the bolt out also that connect the shifting rod. If you need some help maybe you can bring over to my shop and I could help you out. I live between LaGrange and Ballardsville.

Not hard to do....just time-consuming the first time you do it.
