I'm gonna Stick with P-line, Floro clear and CXX, just can't seem to change, try other's but always back to P-Line, been using it for years. Stick with what you have the greatest confidence in and that get to know you lines limits, strengths, etc. as all lines are different. And find one that fits your needs and preforms to how you need it to and stay with it.

    Re: New Line to try

Been playing around with different lines for the past few years, mainly P-line. I recently decided to just go back to what I considered the gold standard for years - Stren. Tired of playing guessing games and having brittle line break on hooksets. I've lost a few good fish to fluoro breaking on hooksets and don't need any more of those heartbreakers.

    Re: New Line to try

I am switching back to my old line on almost all of my set-ups. Gamma. I will still use invis-x on my deep water jigs, and light spinning stuff. But I love the stress free hook-sets with Gamma, and it's overall strength.
