Yes, it seems to be warming up quite nicely! I know the month of April is going to be a blast. Got tourneys every weekend. And all on KY/Barkley!

I will say this for the R&W Tourney, the trophies were a SWEET suprise at the tourney. I have never seen trophys (well to speak of anyway) outside of the "Big Time" fishing and these they gave out were actually well constructed AND nice. The guy running is was a real nice fella too, although it was the first time I can personally remember meeting him. Decent tourney, just needs about 20 more boats to actually make it worth the money. The first one, which I fished, only had like 13 or 14 boats in it, which made things a little less than desirable for a $100 buy-in (plus a 30 or 40 dollar membership fee), but the Classic IS giving a new boat to the winner so..... Hope to see more out at Barren with the weather being better and such. Keep in mind, you only have to fish 4 events (or 3 and you can buy the 4th I think) to qualify for the Classic. I do not believe they have any other criteria this year except to show-up and fish them (meaning the are not limiting it to the top XX number of "qualifiers"), but I don't really think they could with the turnout thus far and have it make sense.
Anyway, overall it was fun and heck it was the FIRST REAL fishing "Trophy" I ever won as an adult
