I fished a the KBFN, well most of it anyway (had boat problems that required loading the boat, taking it to get fixed, then going back to fish the rest ), at Cumberland. The feedback I heard was that most of the nice SM were being caught on primary points on the main body. The one bait I heard being used was a 300 series bandit. We were throwing cranks, jerkbaits, shakeyheads, ect and had no luck, but we were the wrong areas I guess cause all we managed was a KY (then again we TOTALLY missed the morning bite). We did NOT fish the areas that produced in this tourney and so I can only give you hearsay on this trip. I am going to try and give feedback, like the previous guy did on here (the one asking about "why" we did not share info) in an attempt to get some help from others on the waters I don't know very well. I guess we will see how it works, but I would appreciate anyone letting me know (or even PM'ing me and info on Barren they may have since I have to fish that next Sunday and haven't been there yet this year).

On a good note my partner today (it was a "draw" format, for those who are not familiar with the KBFN) was a GREAT guy. I felt bad for him having boat issues, but he was really cool about it and a pleasure to fish with. Thank you for a fun day, and the conversation, on the water Tim.

Good fishing all!!
