Regulations for jug fishin Barren river lake

Does anyone know the Regulations for jug fishing on Barren River Lake? Or can you just toss them on out

I'll been told you will need to put your name, address on them but I haven,t seen this on paper.

when i was fishing a tourney on barren last summer there was some feller that put his juggs out adn they looked to have an id tag and stuff on there and i think u can only put out a certain number too but do quote me on it...... he had those pool floats or noodles as they used to be called with a hole in the middle... with a 20 oz bottle bottom taped on one end with what looked like 3/4 inch pipe running down the center and his drop line... i usually wouldnt get that close to someone elses stuff but i got snagged on his drop line.... it was a pretty nifty set up......
