This guy I know has access to a pretty nice place on Barkley....he says it's located in Kuttawa, Ky and is about 7 minutes or less from the nearest ramp. Good question. I've had the same question come up in my mind a few times when I hear good things about both of them. Some people I talk to love Barkley, some love Kentucky....it's like UK fans and Louisville fans! You are either one or the other!
