Anybody have any luck this weekend? I fished both days for the majority of each and couldn't get much. Seems the low pressure got them lockjawed. Got 1 solid bite all weekend...my dad was catching the crappie tho

Not much luck here on Summit

Caught 50 big gills yesterday and went back out this morning for a couple hours and caught 27 more. Panfish were biting like mad this weekend. Also picked up 18 bass on Saturday too but released all.

Caught 10 bass today on a local lake thats 150 acres. All my fish came on a 1/4 oz red craw rat-l-trap. Biggest went only about 2 lbs. Was still fun catchin some bass tho before this crappy weather comes in.

Went out Sat, found a staging area at noon and proceeded to lost count by 2pm.

Sunday was a big spinnerbait day. I did well until about 1pm the cold rain started and I wanted to get out of it.

Took Monday off, weather was bad.

Tuesday went out and tried the afternoon, about 1pm. Spinnerbait was off, they kept short slapping it. Smithwick Rogue and a jig worked real well. Just bank fished due to the wind.

They are biting good, for sure.

I haven't had any luck with anything yet this year. I caught a few striped bass last weekend. I think those fish werre desperate though. But no blue gills or anything else.

i finally got after some piggys. Right while that tornado watch was in effect yesterday, the bass were goin nuts. I got one over 5lb, two 4s, and a bunch around 2-3lb. had to call it quits when i saw the lightning tho

Thats awesome! What lake??? I fished Monroe....only one short one....water temp. was 51 after being 58ish last weekend

It was one of the bluegrass pits in warrack county. Not quite the same as tryin to find them on monroe, especially under those conditions, that sounds really tough.

Ya, I just go when I have the time...good conditions or not! It should start picking up soon...farm ponds have been good around Bloomington already though.

i found a big group the other day at loon. no specifics on what i was doin tho :P 2 were over 6, 3 over 5 and lots around 3-4..prolly 10. me and the pops were slayin them.
