This seems to be what I remember, but it has been a few years since I have looked those rules over. Your best bet is to check the IDNR website.
u can fish the ky side but cant got into the creeks u can sit on ky side with ind. lic. same here in ky we can fish off ind. side with ky lic. but not in creek with out ind, lic.
