What dates are you looking at? I have a place on Skaggs Creek. I am going to rent out beds catering to fisherman that are in tournaments or just for fun. My place is 6 years old, 1900 sq ft and all the amenities of home. Huge kitchen, new beds, large screen TV, large 6 burner gas grill on the deck with view of water. I had one group of 4 for a test run and they loved it. Hook ups for batteries and plenty parking space. I will be there so if you bring breakfast supplies I will cook the morning of your tournamrnt. I am only doing this a hand full of times this year to test it out. Hopefully you are coming on a weekend that I can help. Cost was $65/team per night but I will do it for $55/ 27.50 per person per night. I am guessing it will take you about 15-20 minutes to get to BP. Good luck. Fish On!
