slowest speed possible to maintain maneuverability of a boat when passing another
boat with an occupant activelyengaged in fishing.The centerline of boats on thewater cannot exceed 18 feet 6 inches measured on deck, or from bow to stern, except on Cedar Creek Lake, Guist Creek
Lake and Lake Malone, wherethe centerline cannot exceed 22 feet
Here ya go i am actually in the final stages of the hiring process for fish and wildlife as a conservation officer... i looked into it for ya and this is what i found out...i wasnt aware of tha rule either untill i looked into it... but i hope this helps ya out... and just remember they are doing there job same as u do yours......
