Here in America, though, we believe in jury trials.

And even if you have a jury trial, the penalty for stealing or kidnapping is not death.

I guess if you're in favor of the death penalty for car stealing (without a trial, even), it's time for you to lobby someone to make that happen.

I'm for being TOUGH on crime...........not this mamby-pamby, feel good LOVEFEST version of being tough..........

AND yes, I do believe in the death penalty..........

I want justice to be fair, swift, and to the point..........AND if found guilty, and your crime is a SERIOUS crime........maybe not carjacking, but Rape, Murder, Kidnapping, Armed robbery with a deadly weapon...........the you get 1 appeal, maybe 2, and then if still guilty...........OFF to the CHAIR.......

We've gotten way too soft on crime..........Don't you think if there was a SERIOUS price to be paid for carjacking, people would stop doing it.........
