We should establish some type of meaningful dialogue with our Somalian brethren. Then they would like us more and stop their criminal behavior. Maybe try humbly bowing to them first then talking, surely that would do the trick. Our European role models would certainly be pround of us if we handled it that way. I bet they'd even loan us some Euros to pay the pirates off with instead of just shooting their running lights out like that.
