Barren Ramp Permit

Is there still a ramp fee on Barren? If so where do you get an annual permit.

the state dock is free and call the coop of engineers to get a perment for, the last one I got, $30. Or you can wait until you get a ticket and call in and they,re drop the ticket if you buy a perment.

The Corp of Engineers sells the launching permits for $30, their office is located near the dam on Barren River Lake. The permit can be used at any corp lake across the country.
I do know that Barrren River State Park ramp, Browns Ford, and Walnut Creek do not require the launch permit.

If you are over 60, you CAN also buy a one time Golden Passport and get the ramp pass for $15 each year.
