I need help, I want to fish Raccoon or I guess it is called Cecil B Hardin but I know nothing about it. I'm going with two teenagers and we want to fish for bass. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you Sir, We'll do just that. I looks like a bige lake so it'll be good to stay close to the ramp. I'm going to throw a pop r and they will be throwing worms.

I would think the water would still be pretty muddy from the recent rains. It is just about up to summer pool. Good luck!

I think i would leave the pop r at home. Throw some spinnerbaits and traps. Hit all the points moving shallow.

I'm heading to Raccoon tomorrow and saturday to do some fishing. I was just wondering if anyone has been and found any patterns. I know a little bit about the lake but never been there this early in the spring. Thanks

lake is 3 feet over summer pool! fish as shallow as possible. rapala's, jig/pig combo anything slow, still cool water temps.
