Don't you hate that! After a tournament or a trip, when I get home I take out my crankbait box and leave the box open to let the water evaporate.
I would try a degreaser first like some Dawn and water. If that doesn't work, I would take mhall's advice -- Fantastic and/or a Magic Eraser. Tough to beat both of those cleaners.......
