Rough River

I see the water level is on the rise at Rough River Lake...anybody got a report? Im sure the large mouths on the spawn. Checked the fishing report...but it has been the same sence 2008???

You can go to www.lrl.usace.army.mil/crl/ to get current levels of all the lakes in kentucky owned by the corps of engineers. Not sure about the fish, have not been in a while. When you get to this site, click on the lake/river reports, and then daily lake reports.

Fished for a few hrs sat before the last rain.Had a few shake off because i think they was bedding fish.Will go tomorrow and post what i do because i'm just fishing a small club tournament sat.Only a few of those guys are members on this site.Terry Adolph

My brother lives on lake at rough and told me last night the lake is about 2 ft over summer pool and very muddy.

Went too rough,the report is don't take my sons gril freind.Could not get the boat going with out her crying too slow down.So i just pulled up on the bank and started too fish.She can fish and boated the only dink.Water is clear below the split too the dam.got there late and only fished for about 2hrs.Sorry for the no real fishing report but will up date after sat.Terry Adolph

6 tournaments out of state ramp today seen 3 weigh ins.Under 5 for bushwackers,7.5 for steve's and over 9 for ours the Corvetter Bass Casters.We only had a slot and everone was saying it was rough.A ton of boats every where but up in the creeks but they where muddy the reat of the lake looked good.Terry Adolph
