anybody got any info on how the bite is,and besides the spinnerbait what lure is working.may go stay the nite at my brothers place on hurricane creek sat nite.please no pms,im not a tournment fisherman,or not planning on fishing for a million dollars anytime soon,just gonna take my son and wife and do a little fishing and relax,no need for top secret info.

Old Buddy I fish over there last Sat. and found a few fish in that long cove, with tree in it, to your left about 1/2mile before you get to Walnut Creek boat ramp. most were small but I did caught one that would push 4 lb.s .Was trying Spinner, Cranks, but went to a 8" plastic lizard, that was Charsture, and slowed way down. There was a lot of boats so that may had something to do with it.I holp this helps and your son caughts an old big one. thats about all I know. Old yeah they are pulling the lake down hard, or thats what I'll been reading ,so what was going on last week my not be there. There is a good point right out of that cove next to the channel were the fish may be staying. Getting the boys and girls hooked up is what it's all about.
