Heck the guy is an idiot because I did it when I was really young and was smart enough to get out of the way.

In the Army we would play with explosives alot and send steel pots (helmets) in to the air so high they looked like a dot. We would also detonate the explosives under water just to see the HUGE plume of water and a few fish go bye bye. All we needed was 9volts. Fun fun fun
