In entering said tournament you sign a release stating you read and understand the terms of the agreement. Most anglers don't ever read them.
Most state that if you fail a given lie dector test you forfiet your effort. It keeps the anglers honest in my opinion. My 2 cents!

All the tourney's I am in you don't have a choice. It has nothing to do with the court of law. If you fail the poly to bad so sad.
