Don't think he's up for a Pulitzer, but fool is a little strong. Biden is generally good for some comic relief because his mouth works much faster than his brain. The media loves him as much or more than Quayle for sure.

"Fool" is a little mild, if you ask me. I prefer to think of him as a doddering idiot who always seems to say the most inappropriate things considering the circumstances. Like the time he tells the guy in a wheelchair to stand up so everyone can see him, then once it dawns on him that the guy is disabled he ask everyone to stand up for him and give him a round of applause. Obama better "... gird his loins ...." with this bumbling idiot running around fear mongering and inciting panic. They wanted change, and now they got it. Give me Cheney any day over this dunce.

that “the Vice President shall become President.” When the office of Vice President
becomes vacant for any reason, the President nominates a successor, who must be
confirmed bya majorityvote of both houses of Congress. If both of these offices are
vacant simultaneously, then, under the Succession Act of 1947, the Speaker of the
House of Representatives becomes President, after resigning from the House and as
Speaker.

So both Obama and Biden would have to leave office at the same time for Pelosi to become President.
